Job Responsibility

Keep our community sparkling clean by sweeping, cleaning, and removing trash and litter from various areas such as grounds, parking lots, pool areas, and common spaces
Take pride in maintaining apartment units, ensuring they're in top-notch condition for our residents
Dive into apartment turns and upkeep projects with enthusiasm, making each space a welcoming home
Be a jack-of-all-trades, ready to tackle painting and necessary repairs wherever needed throughout the property
All other duties as assigned
