Job Responsibility:

  • Keep our community sparkling clean by sweeping, cleaning, and removing trash and litter from various areas such as grounds, parking lots, pool areas, and common spaces
  • Take pride in maintaining apartment units, ensuring they're in top-notch condition for our residents
  • Dive into apartment turns and upkeep projects with enthusiasm, making each space a welcoming home
  • Be a jack-of-all-trades, ready to tackle painting and necessary repairs wherever needed throughout the property
  • All other duties as assigned
