Due to continued growth in the business, we are seeking a full-time Port Logistics Administrator to join our Sydney team, based at our Port of Brisbane office. Reporting to the Transport Manager. Shift: 5 days, Monday to Friday

Job Responsibility:

  • Play a crucial role in the smooth coordination of daily business operations
  • Provide administrative support across day to day planning and booking activities
  • Coordinate 1 Stop Rail bookings accurately and on time
  • Liaise closely with operational staff to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Support efficient communication between teams to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements:

  • Must be a reliable team player
  • Have a strong work ethic as this position requires flexibility
  • Excellent communication skills and driven customer service to maintain and service vour customer base
  • Current experience in container transport and istop is an advantage but not required
