Port Delivery Agent

• Support the delivery of cruise port operations, including shore excursions, transfers and turnaround services
• Liaise with cruise line representatives, shipboard teams and internal stakeholders to confirm operational requirements
• Coordinate bookings and confirmations with transport providers, guides and other operational suppliers
• Assist with on-site port operations and support the handling of operational issues during live delivery
• Prepare and maintain operational documentation, ensuring accurate and timely system updates
• Support call accounting, cost control activities and supplier invoice validation
• Coordinate operational staff, guides and drivers in line with schedules and operational plans

• Strong planning and organizational capability in a dynamic operational environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy across operational and administrative activities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Maltese
• Clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Customer-centric and solution-oriented approach
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing operational requirements
• Confident user of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Experience in operations, logistics, cruise, port or tourism environments desirable
• Driver’s license is mandatory

Knowledge of other languages would be an asset
