Port Delivery Agent

• Pre-operational preparations - securing suppliers, coaches, guides for tours
• Being physically present at the port on days of operation to deliver excellent customer and cruise line operational service
• Liaise with ships and onboard teams to review, update and arrange all final details according to pre-approved itineraries
• Information promptly entered into database
• Respond to all inquiries in a timely manner (within 24 hours)
• Invoicing preparation and dissemination on timely manner
• Verification of suppliers/vendors invoices, bills and payments
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor

• Experience in planning and organizing
• Understanding of providing exceptional customer service
• Eager and willing to learn the demands of the job
• Interest in Cruise Operations
• Confident decision maker, even when working under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
• Pro-active guest service mindset with clear focus on quality and efficiency
• Able to work in a flexible manner (including different work shifts)
• Willing to travel for cruise operations in and out of Malaysia
• Open to learn, grow and drive career
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Full manual driver's license required
