Port Delivery Agent

• Pre-operational preparations - securing the suppliers, coaches, Guides etc for the tours
• Being physically present at the port on the days of operation to deliver excellent customer and cruise line operational service
• Liaise with ships and respective operations onboard teams to review, update and arrange all final details, according to pre-approved itineraries
• Invoicing and costing
• Information is promptly entered into the database
• Maintaining a cordial and professional working environment in the Department and with all other business units in the company
• To respond to all inquiries in a timely manner (within 24 hours)
• Invoicing – preparation and dissemination on a timely manner
• Verification of suppliers/vendors invoices, bills and payments
• Any other duties assigned to you from time to time either verbally or in writing by your supervisor

• Experience in planning and organizing
• Understanding of the need to provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Eager and willing to learn the demands of the job
• Interest in Cruise Operations
• Confident decision maker, even when working under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
• Pro-active guest service mindset with a clear focus on quality and efficiency
• Able to work in a flexible manner (including different work shifts) depending on cruise ship schedules
• Willing to travel for cruise operations in and out of Malaysia
• Full manual driver’s license
