Job Description:

Responsible for communicating booking updates with suppliers and operational management of pre-agreed Cruise Ship port calls to ensure smooth operation of shore excursion operations and complete satisfaction of cruise passengers. Assisting cruise lines and other clients in the provision of their daily operations.

Job Responsibility:

Pre-operational preparations - securing suppliers, coaches, guides for tours
Being physically present at port on operation days
Liaise with ships and onboard teams to review, update and arrange final details
Information entry into database
Respond to inquiries within 24 hours
Invoicing preparation and dissemination
Verification of suppliers/vendors invoices, bills and payments
Other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

Experience in planning and organizing
Understanding of providing exceptional customer service
Eager and willing to learn job demands
Interest in Cruise Operations
Confident decision maker under pressure
Excellent communication skills in English
Pro-active guest service mindset with focus on quality and efficiency
Able to work flexible shifts including different work schedules
Willing to travel for cruise operations in and out of Malaysia
Open to learn, grow and drive career
Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Full manual driver's license
