Job Responsibility

Coordinating Team Leaders staff team and regular staff during trainings and operations delivery at the port
Coordinates operation with shipboard personnel at pier such as the Embarkation process and Debarkation Process
Generate relevant operational documentation
Assists HR with the recruiting, hiring, training of pier staff
To keep constant contact, reserving and updating providers accordingly, regarding products/services required for our operations
To coordinate between operations team and/or suppliers to ensure an excellent conduct of the operations
Addresses any guest questions, comments and concerns as well as resolves any guest service issues that may be present
Supervise terminal staff through the operation. This includes but is not limited to setting up the terminal and answering all questions relating to services
To ensure consistency of Intercruises image in the operations for brand purposes
To provide 24hours operational assistance in destination

Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Supply Chain and Logistics, Business Management or any related field
Ideally have experience in the Cruise and/or Tour Operations business

Job Responsibility

Approach operations with a structured detailed waterfall project management framework to be able to execute within set timelines
Maintain continuous communication with cruise and river line head offices, ships, Port Authorities, vendors, staff and guides as well as any other internal and external stakeholders for efficient operation management
Efficiently manage and track operational information, accounting tasks, and settlements, including problem-solving invoices, for accurate reporting and invoicing
