  • Supporting our Service Advisors and Hosts in the reception area
  • Handling pre-calls, customer updates, invoicing, and post-visit feedback
  • Supporting the dealership with telephony processes

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a customer-focused approach
  • A background in customer service, ideally in a busy or call-handling environment
  • Customer service experience within a retail environment as a minimum requirement

Nice to have

Experience with Kerridge would be an advantage (but not essential)
