Porsche Centre Leicester has a fantastic opportunity available for an Accounts Assistant and Sales Administrator to join their team on a temporary maternity contract. As a Sytner Accounts Assistant you will support the day to day functions of the accounts department from the sales and purchase ledgers to the daily cash postings and bank reconciliations. You will also assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team in other ad-hoc duties where required. As a Sytner Sales Administrator, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our sales team by assisting with file auditing, trade transfers and other ad-hoc duties. In this role, you will work closely with the Dealership Accountant, Sales Department and many members of the management team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service whilst dealing with incoming enquiries from our customers in a prompt manner.
Job Responsibility
Support the day to day functions of the accounts department from the sales and purchase ledgers to the daily cash postings and bank reconciliations

Requirements
Previous experience and a good working knowledge of all accounting routines, including stock checks and month-end reconciliations are essential
Knowledge of the CDK/Kerridge Dealer Management system and Microsoft Office is essential
Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous along with proficient IT skills
Ability to commit to providing excellent customer service and thrive in a busy, high pressurised environment
Extremely organised, confident, great attention to detail and willing to go that extra mile
Passion to prioritise customer satisfaction at all times
Enthusiastic, well organised, diligent, and able to work to strict deadlines whilst paying attention to detail and working both as an individual and as part of a small team
Nice to have
Previous experience in an administrative role
