Job Description:

The Food & Beverage Server provides exceptional quality and service to guests in the Pool area. This position provides guests with water and oshibori service, spritzing, towels and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet guests in a professional and courteous manner and assist them with seating arrangements at the pool and surrounding areas
  • Provide guests with food and beverage, water, and oshibori service, spritzing, towels conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness
  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
  • Pick-up and deliver towels/towel bins to and from the laundry and towel stands
  • Maintain the Pool and seating areas in an orderly and clean manner
  • Assist F&B staff with service tasks in other areas and outlets when needed

Requirements:

  • An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
  • Flexibility, initiative and team work approach are required
  • Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset
  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian and English language
