Job Description:

As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of all pools and thermal facilities at the manor. The role will be predominantly based at our Bath House, but will also include maintenance support for the other pools across the estate.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of all pools and thermal facilities
  • Developing a strong understanding of the site’s various plant room setups
  • Performing daily checks to ensure all equipment and systems are functioning properly
  • Keeping plant rooms clean and compliant with fire safety regulations
  • Carrying out routine water quality testing and accurately recording results
  • Monitoring and maintaining correct chemical levels in all pools and thermal baths
  • Conducting regular maintenance of pool equipment, including weekly filter cleaning
  • Performing routine flushing of seldom-used outlets to maintain legionella compliance
  • Working alongside third-party contractors to support ongoing system improvements
  • Supporting others in the Engineering team as required

Requirements:

  • Plant room qualification or demonstrable equivalent hands-on experience
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Maintain and clean 80-90 residential pools on a weekly basis, generally 12 to 16 per day
