Job Responsibility:

  • Perform routine pool maintenance, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
  • Document service visits and maintain accurate records of work performed
  • Educate customers on proper pool care and maintenance practices
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to complete service tasks
  • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and quality

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • relevant certifications preferred
  • Experience in pool maintenance or repair is highly desirable
  • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Basic knowledge of pool chemistry and equipment operation
