This role ensures guests enjoy a seamless, elevated poolside dining experience in a relaxed yet luxurious environment.
Job Responsibility:
Provide detailed, engaging descriptions of all food and beverage items, including ingredients, flavors, and preparation methods
Enter guest orders into the point‑of‑sale system accurately, communicating special requests to the culinary team and ensuring proper timing and delivery
Compare completed kitchen orders with the original guest order and deliver items promptly to maintain food quality and presentation
Anticipate guest needs, assess satisfaction, offer recommendations, and respond swiftly and professionally to concerns or requests
Properly close guest checks, process cash and credit card payments, and ensure accurate handling of voids and complimentary items
Regularly walk the pool areas to offer amenities, refreshments, and support guest comfort
Collaborate harmoniously with coworkers and supervisors and uphold all Four Seasons Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
Assist with guest greeting and seating during peak business periods
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one year of food service or related hospitality experience
Ability to carry and balance trays safely and efficiently
Proficiency in processing payments and using point‑of‑sale systems
Reading, writing, and verbal proficiency in English
A warm, service‑oriented approach aligned with Four Seasons standards
