Job Responsibility

  • To ensure guest satisfaction at the Hotel pool by cordially greeting guests, taking orders and finalizing beverage service in a professional and friendly manner and maintaining the pool area in a clean and organized condition
  • Pick up, stock, restock, and drop off towels, juices, fruits and other amenities needed
  • Utilize the hotel computer system by ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and complete end of day revenue reports
  • Conduct all opening procedures including obtain pool keys, unlocking all cabinets, setting up amenities and organizing pool towels
  • Serve and clear beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner
  • Assist guests in seating, offering towel, and informing them of amenities, hotel information and food and beverage service
  • Wipe down, set up and move, when necessary all pool deck equipment
  • Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact

Requirements

  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
  • The ability to work in hot and humid temperatures
  • The ability to multi-task as a bartender, server and keep the pool area tidy
  • High school or college degree preferred
  • 6 months to a year of food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience in a high volume upscale resort
