Job Description:

The Gelder Group is a diverse mixture of divisions and companies all orientated around the delivery of high quality customer excellence in the construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our ever expanding, dedicated team as a Pool Plant Operator in the Mablethorpe area. Candidates will be required to handle pool chemicals, carry out back washing and plant maintenance works, cleaning and general site maintenance. You must be able to work to tight timescales, use your own initiative and provide customers with the highest standards of work. A full driving licence is preferable, but not essential. Ideally candidates will have a PPO qualification but full training will be given to the successful candidate. You will be required to work 6 days per week, including weekends. Hours can be flexible to suit the right candidate providing our water quality testing requirements are met. Average hours will be 7 hours daily on a fixed term contract period starting mid May 2026 and ending in early October 2026.
