The Maintenance Technician will provide consistent quality pool cleaning and maintenance service, developing and maintaining a base of satisfied clients.
Job Responsibility:
Check water chemistry and balance pool water through the addition of the appropriate chemicals
Maintain pool cleanliness by brushing, vacuuming, netting, cleaning tiles, and emptying baskets of debris
Perform minor repairs and minor programming of pool equipment
Develop and nurture customer relationships
Document your visit in the company CRM and by leaving a visit report for clients
Maintain and clean 80-90 residential pools on a weekly basis, generally 12 to 16 per day
Expected workweek of 35 to 40 hours depending on the condition of your pools and your efficiency
Requirements:
Must be MATURE minded and take your position seriously
Must present themselves with a professional appearance
A least one year experience preferred
Have a great personality! Ability to work in public and speak respectfully and professionally
Must have availability to work Monday – Friday
Must be over 21 with a clean driving record (no recent major accidents or infringements) due to company auto insurance requirements
Must be capable of lifting to 50 lbs. plus and conducting physical labor in the Florida heat and weather
Excellent customer relationship building and communication is a must
Must have a positive attitude and work well independently while exhibiting team-oriented behaviors
To ensure consistent client satisfaction, resulting in repeat business and referrals
Provide reliable, efficient and professional service to clients
Provide professional pool cleaning, water balancing and client follow-up
Load vehicle with standard and out-of-ordinary stock. Ensure all stock removed from the warehouse is accurately recorded
Record all materials and products used on-site for invoicing purposes
Identify and report any maintenance problems or faults
Identify poolside opportunities for upselling/sales
High school diploma or equivalent
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred by not required
