  • Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly according to party size, preferences, and operational needs
  • Answer phones following Four Seasons standards, handling reservations and inquiries for the pool area and other hotel outlets
  • Anticipate guest needs, respond to questions or concerns professionally, and recognize returning guests by name
  • Maintain the appearance and accuracy of daily menus and develop working knowledge of all offerings, specials, and features

Requirements
