Job Responsibility

Work with expeditor to ensure accuracy of food orders, organize on a tray and deliver food from the kitchen to the pool seating areas
Explain dishes as given to guests, answering any questions with complete and thorough knowledge of ingredients and preparation
Ensure guests have all condiments and utensils necessary to enjoy their meal
Inspect and deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Effectively communicate with culinary team and pool team
