Job Responsibility

Facilitate guest satisfaction by supporting the Food Server in delivering food promptly and accurately from the kitchen
Ensure timely and precise delivery of food from the kitchen to guests
Assist in the discreet clearing, cleaning, and setup of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass, and silver to uphold Four Seasons Standards and provide superior service by greeting guests warmly
Proactively anticipate guest needs, assess satisfaction levels, and promptly address any concerns or requests
Contribute to the stocking of linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service
participate in preparing smaller items like toast, soup, or beverages
Foster a harmonious and professional working relationship with colleagues and supervisors
