Inspect and deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Effectively communicate with culinary team and pool team
Communicate with pool team via radio for special requests, clarifying orders, allergies and other support
Assist in clearing, cleaning and brining all dirty dishes and silverware back to stewarding, lounge chairs, linens, dishes, acrylic glassware and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner

Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
Requirements
Six months food & beverage service or related work preferred
Ability to carry and balance a tray
Ability to accurately read food tickets and communicate orders with the kitchen and servers
Interact with guests and maintain a well-organized workspace
Customer service oriented, attention to detail, maintain professionalism and composure in high-paced, high-volume environment, guest recognition and remembering preferences
