Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Pool Expeditor who strives for excellence in a fast-paced work environment. This position reports to our Recreation Management Team.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve guest needs by the Kitchen by organizing food orders in the window to give to Food Runner
  • Ensure accuracy of orders, with strong attention to allergies and special requests, effectively communicate with pool servers and kitchen team

Requirements

  • High School or equivalent experience
  • Minimum six months food & beverage service or related work
  • Ability to carry and balance a tray
  • Ability to accurately read food tickets and communicate orders with the kitchen and servers
  • Ability to interact with guest and maintain a well-organized workspace
  • Customer service oriented, attention to detail, able to maintain professionalism and composure in high-paced, high-volume environment
  • Must be able to provide guest recognition and remember guest preferences
  • Hawaii Food Handler’s Card / ServSafe (within 3 months)
  • Tuberculosis Clearance

  • Establish finish schedule for preconstruction and review and resolve Geotech, Environmental and Land Use matters
