Interlachen Country Club is seeking Summer Pool Cooks. Want to work a fun summer job with a great team, great benefits, and in a beautiful cabana? Our cabana cook team delivers great service and food in our 1909 Cabana restaurant during the summer months. We are looking for individuals with a passion for service, knowledge in cooking, or willing to learn. We believe in serving from the heart. Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver exceptional, hospitality-driven service to our members
  • Support the Pool Chef to ensure the kitchen is prepared and service-ready
  • Execute daily station setup and breakdown with consistency and attention to detail
  • Communicate needs, challenges, and inventory concerns proactively
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation at all times
  • Uphold all safety, sanitation, and food handling standards

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • 1+ years of experience in the quick service dining field preferred but not required
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant and cleaning skills

  • Ability to move and lift up to 50 lbs
