Requirements

Previous experience in pool cleaning or maintenance is preferred
Knowledge of pool chemicals and safety practices
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays due to weather disruptions or holiday makeup days
Physical ability to perform manual labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Responsibility

Perform regular pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and chemical balancing
Inspect pool equipment and report any issues to ensure optimal performance
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while on the job
Complete service reports and documentation accurately and timely
