Support the Pool Manager in overseeing daily pool operations by guiding and organizing the Pool Service team while maintaining a strong presence on the floor. Ensure exceptional guest service through direct engagement, accurate food & beverage delivery, and adherence to Four Seasons standards. Responsible for daily closing paperwork, house charges, voids, and operational follow-through.
Job Responsibility:
Support the Pool Manager in overseeing daily pool operations
Guide and organize the Pool Service team
Maintain a strong presence on the floor
Ensure exceptional guest service through direct engagement
Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests
Serve and describe menu items to guests
Assist in clearing, cleaning, and setting up trays, tables, chairs, linens, china, glass, and silver
Anticipate guest needs, monitor satisfaction, and respond promptly to guest concerns
Oversee stocking and organization of linens, trays, china, glass, silver, and food service items
Assist in the breakdown, cleaning, and reset of beverage and food stations
Support the Pool Manager in coordinating daily staffing and assigning stations
Complete required closing duties, including daily paperwork, house charges, and voids
Uphold proper payroll, timecard, and uniform procedures
Foster a positive and collaborative working environment
Provide guests with amenities such as water, spritzing, towels, and assistance with seating
Perform standards tests in conjunction with Four Seasons training standards
Handle all guest interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner
Ensure compliance with all Four Seasons policies, procedures, and operational standards
Requirements:
Experience delivering exceptional service
Ability to guide and organize a team
Knowledge of food & beverage preparation and service standards
Ability to describe menu items knowledgeably
Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to concerns
