Job Responsibility

Assists the Food Server in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience
Conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality
Maintain Professionalism and friendliness
Clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly and completely according to specification
Ensure all outgoing dishes are correctly prepared according to guest's specific requests including dietary restrictions
Present the food to the guest and are knowledgeable about all current menu options, beverage lists and daily specials
Set-up, decorate, clean, breakdown tables and food stations
Assist the needs of all guests in the function room providing them with reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic service
Maintain the cleanliness in the pool area
Respond properly and quickly in any hotel emergency or safety situation
