Job Description

The Pool Busser is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. This is a seasonal position (May-September).

Job Responsibility

  • Assists the Food Server in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience
  • Clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly and completely according to specification
  • Ensure all outgoing dishes are correctly prepared according to guest’s specific requests including dietary restrictions
  • Present the food to the guest and are knowledgeable about all current menu options, beverage lists and daily specials
  • Set-up, decorate, clean, breakdown tables and food stations
  • Assist the needs of all guests in the function room providing them with reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic service
  • Maintain the cleanliness in the pool area
  • Respond properly and quickly in any hotel emergency or safety situation
  • Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors

Requirements

  • Minimum two years’ food service experience
  • Server experience preferred
  • Work authorization in the United States
  • Ability to carry and balance a tray
  • Flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
