Job Description:

The Pool & Beach Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the efficient and seamless operation of the Pool and Beach areas, delivering exceptional and consistent service in accordance with Four Seasons standards. The role combines operational leadership, staff management, administrative control, and guest experience supervision, while always promoting the company’s service culture and the Golden Rule.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure every guest receives professional, courteous, warm, and efficient service at all times
  • Handle guest complaints and negative feedback through glitches, ensuring proper resolution and timely follow-up
  • Lead, motivate, and coordinate assigned staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Implement and follow up on development programs related to service standards, products, and hotel policies
  • Prepare daily operational reports and submit end-of-shift documentation (voided checks, house charges, Micros reports, cash envelopes, etc)
  • Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and food safety standards

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Food & Beverage Leadership role
  • At least 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or similar upscale environment is a strong asset
  • Proficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) technology, including MICROS
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required
  • Physically capable of standing, walking, and carrying trays for extended periods, and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions such as heat, humidity, and sun exposure
