To ensure guest satisfaction at the pool by cordially greeting guests, taking orders and finalizing beverage service in a professional and friendly manner and maintaining the pool area in a clean and organized condition
Job Responsibility:
Be part of the opening team
Provide guests with a level of service in keeping with Four Seasons standards including
Pick up, stock, restock, and drop off towels, juices, fruits and other amenities needed
Utilize the hotel computer system by ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and complete end of day revenue reports
Conduct all opening procedures including obtain pool keys, unlocking all cabinets, setting up amenities and organizing pool towels
Serve and clear beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner
Assist guests in seating, offering towel, and informing them of amenities, hotel information and food and beverage service
Wipe down, set up and move, when necessary all pool deck equipment
Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff
Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation
Report any accident immediately, no matter how minor to a manger
Follow proper payroll and uniform procedures
Requirements:
High school education or equivalent experience
Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
1-2 years of food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience in a high volume upscale resort
