Pool & Beach Host

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional service during their Pool and Beach experience in collaboration with a team of Server Attendants
• Manage the host stand, review the reservation book and make recommendations as to the setup of the chair sections
• Ensure cleanliness of each section of the Pool and Beach areas and make necessary improvements as well as check each table prior to opening to ensure its proper set
• Responsible greeting the guest, seating, bidding farewell, answering telephone and taking reservations, and coordinating end of shift reservation data
• Develop a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients and restaurant information

• One to two years’ previous experience in Food & Beverage outlet
• previous employment experience within a luxury Hotels is considered an asset
• Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems
• Strong communication skills
• Energetic, experienced customer service professional with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask
• Have a passion for service and hospitality
• Willing team player
• Comfortable with computer systems including Micros and Open Table
• Willing to accept assignments on an as needed basis
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
