Job Description:

The primary role of the Pool / Beach Attendant is to provide exceptional service to our guests. They are responsible for the delivery and collection of food and beverages for guests in the pool area or in the beach area.

Job Responsibility:

  • Keep the pool or beach area clean and tidy
  • Organize the sun loungers and take them away at the end of the day
  • Take orders, serve orders, prepare (if necessary) food and beverage orders
  • Be familiar with the food and beverage offerings, and may make suggestions to guests
  • Take responsibility for guest requests and complaints
  • Clean and keep tables and customer areas, as well as food and beverage preparation areas, organized
  • Provide guests with pleasant, efficient and professional service
  • Assist the assigned sector head, if applicable, as well as the department manager

Requirements:

  • High-Energy Mindset: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced beach setting
  • Food & Beverage Knowledge: Familiarity with food and beverage service protocols
  • Clear Communication: Able to read, understand, and speak English fluently
  • Guest-Focused Approach: A natural passion for hospitality
  • Physical Stamina: Comfortable with standing for extended periods, lifting equipment, and performing physical tasks
  • Must possess the legal right to work in Greece
