This role brings the poolside environment to life by crafting high‑quality cocktails and creating memorable guest interactions.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and serve a full range of wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty beverages according to established recipes and Four Seasons standards
Take orders and confirm guest requests using the hotel’s point‑of‑sale system, ensuring accuracy and proper follow‑through
Provide attentive bar service by offering engaging descriptions of beverage ingredients, origins, flavor profiles, and preparation methods
Anticipate guest needs, gauge satisfaction, and respond promptly and professionally to questions or concerns
Accurately close checks, process cash and credit card payments, and ensure all voids or complimentary items are properly handled
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area, supporting inventory tasks and product replenishment
Prepare garnishes, cut fruit, and support small food service needs for bar guests
Uphold Four Seasons Work Rules, Standards of Conduct, and collaborate harmoniously with colleagues and leaders
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years of bartending or related hospitality experience
Strong ability to pour, mix, and blend a wide variety of beverages with consistency and accuracy
Proficiency in processing payments and handling point‑of‑sale transactions
Reading, writing, and verbal proficiency in English
A genuine passion for delivering warm, anticipatory, luxury‑level service
