Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
1-2 years food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience
Must be able to work all shifts including, AM's, PM's, weekends, and holidays
Proficiency in the English language
Able to stand and walk up to 8 hours or more
Able to work outdoors in the sun and warm temperatures
Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds

Job Responsibility

Maintain the cleanliness of the pool facility
Engage guests with personal, friendly, intuitive service during their use of the pool or gym facilities
Provide accurate information to guests in a courteous manner
fill all reasonable guest requests or requirements
anticipate guest needs
Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
Anticipate and service the guest's needs before requests are necessary
Maintain the Pool and seating areas in an orderly and clean manner
Ensure safety procedures are followed and notifies Security of any accident or injury
Monitor all pool and jacuzzi activity watching for the welfare and safety of all in the pool area
