Provide guests with water, amenity service (cool towels, refreshments, sunscreen, etc.), towels and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool and surrounding areas
Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
Welcome guests, providing pool orientation and explanation of services, assist guests finding adequate seating, setting guest's chairs up with ample towels and entering detailed guest information into reservations system
Bringing guests water and ice once seated
Lifting pushing carrying supplies and or linen transport items to the guest in a timely manner
Anticipate guest needs, assist with umbrellas, ascertain satisfaction, removal of linen, or any trash items, cleaning of guest area after departure, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, towel huts, and pool areas
Bringing towel bins to and from laundry
Requirements
Customer service experience required by position is from six months to one full year of employment in the related position with Four Seasons or other organizations
Customer service oriented, attention to detail, ability to maintain an organized workspace, maintain professionalism and composure in a high-paced, high-volume environment
