Job Description:

The Pool Attendant is responsible for maintaining the pool deck, promoting a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests, ensuring safety, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves physical tasks such as lifting and moving objects, as well as interacting with guests professionally.

Job Responsibility:

Wash, mop, and clean the pool deck
Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
Observe activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately in emergencies
Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facility
Provide assistance to injured guests
Obtain, fold, and stack towels
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Follow company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge all guests
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Comply with quality assurance expectations
Read and visually verify information
Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines
Enter and locate work-related information
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects
Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects
Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
Reach overhead and below the knees
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
CPR Certification
First Aid Certification
Fitness Equipment
Any certification or training required by local and state agencies
