Job Description:

The Pool Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the pool deck, promoting a fun and relaxing atmosphere, and enforcing safety regulations. This role also involves providing assistance to injured guests, fulfilling towel requests, and following company policies and procedures, all while delivering exceptional guest service.

Job Responsibility:

Wash, mop, and clean the pool deck
promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
observe activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately in emergencies
promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facility
provide assistance to injured guests
obtain, fold, and stack towels
report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
follow company policies and procedures
welcome and acknowledge all guests
assist individuals with disabilities
develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines
move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds
perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
CPR Certification
First Aid Certification
any certification or training required by local and state agencies
