Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and attentive individual to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming water feature area. In this role, you will greet and assist guests with general enquiries, manage the distribution and collection of towels, and ensure the space remains tidy, well-presented, and organised at all times. You will stay aware of your surroundings to identify and report any health and safety concerns or maintenance issues, while supporting a food and glass free environment. You will also politely guide guests on area guidelines when needed, helping to create a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Job Responsibility:
