Job Description:

At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a Food & Beverage Outlet Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will support the daily operation of the outlet, supervise service standards, and lead the team to deliver memorable guest experiences, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency throughout service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise daily restaurant/bar operations and support smooth service flow
  • Ensure all guests receive service according to Four Seasons standards
  • Lead, motivate, and support the service team during operations
  • Coordinate food and beverage service timing with the kitchen and bar
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, beverages, and service procedures
  • Monitor quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in line with HACCP
  • Assist with inventory control, stock levels, and cost awareness
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally
  • Support training and on-the-job coaching of team members
  • Collaborate closely with Restaurant Manager and Assistant Managers
  • Ensure all outlet areas are ready for service during opening hours

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within Food & Beverage
  • Strong leadership, communication, and guest-focused mindset
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English
  • Greek is an advantage
  • European Passport or legal right to work in Greece
  • Food handling and sanitation certification is a plus
