Job Description:

The Pool and Beach Assistant Manager is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations for the pool and beach; ensuring all staff adhere to Four Seasons standards. This leadership role will assist in overseeing all facets of the outlet and must maintain a high level of guest service. The Pool and Beach Assistant Manager is responsible for the hiring, training, and supervision of the Pool and Beach employees with potential to provide help in other F&B departments as needed to offer supervision and coverage.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervising the day-to-day operations for the pool and beach
  • Ensuring all staff adhere to Four Seasons standards
  • Assisting in overseeing all facets of the outlet
  • Maintaining a high level of guest service
  • Hiring, training, and supervision of the Pool and Beach employees
  • Providing help in other F&B departments as needed to offer supervision and coverage

Requirements:

  • One to two years of previous employment in a related position
  • Strong Food and Beverage experience
  • Passion for guest service
  • Base level of understanding around cost control and labor management
  • College degree is preferred
  • Must possess valid U.S. work authorization
  • Must have flexibility with scheduling, including availability on weekends and/or holidays
