To cope with the strategic growth in our business, we are now inviting high calibre to join the team as: CRM Assistant Manager Your Opportunity Reporting to the Marketing lead, the CRM Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in driving client engagement, elevating retail clienteling capabilities, and supporting the growth of key APAC markets. This role partners closely with Retail teams to strengthen customer relationships, deliver personalized experiences, and enable CRM excellence across all stores.

Champion CRM/clienteling tools
equip stores with insights, segments, and contact strategies
co-create VIP/dormant reactivation plans
review KPIs with Store Managers
Localize global CRM strategies into APAC retail action plans and ensure brand consistency
Oversee daily system use
maintain data quality (audits, cleansing, training)
