Continuously assess the effectiveness of core campaign components (polling, message testing, paid media, field/organizing, mail, and digital), synthesize insights across channels, and recommend strategic adjustments to improve persuasion, turnout, and accountability outcomes

Manage political and organizing staff, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
Oversee field programs, including paid canvassing, relational organizing, volunteer mobilization, and digital engagement efforts
Lead the necessary in-house teams and consultants to execute high-impact voter contact programs, including door-to-door, phone banking, text messaging, and digital outreach
Collaborate with senior leadership to set organizational priorities and ensure programmatic success
Work across the organization’s 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4) and Super PAC entities to maximize impact while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines
Work with the development team to support fundraising for political and advocacy programs, including donor engagement and grant development
