We are looking for a passionate and talented POLISHER / FINISHER (DAY/EVENING/WEEKEND SHIFT) to join a dynamic team in Laval. You will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in manufacturing high-end interiors for business and private jets, as well as residences. This permanent POLISHER / FINISHER position in Laval offers a stimulating environment where innovation and quality are central to our concerns. Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare surfaces to be treated (cleaning, degreasing, sanding)
  • Perform manual or mechanical polishing operations
  • Visually check surface quality and correct any defects
  • Comply with drawings, technical data sheets and aesthetic tolerances
  • Work in coordination with varnishing, assembly and quality control teams
  • Ensure routine maintenance of polishing tools and equipment
  • Comply with safety, hygiene and quality procedures

Requirements:

  • skilled in polishing/sanding high-end wood products
  • have experience in the aviation industry (business jet interiors)
  • have similar or equivalent professional experience of at least two years
  • have excellent manual skills
