Job Description:

The Content Moderator is responsible for keeping the online world engaging, appropriate, and safe. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills in Polish and most importantly empathy. As a Polish Content Moderator, you will be reviewing content such as videos, news stories, still pictures, political ads, and social media profiles, with the aim to enforce the client's policies, and then use these policies to support the overall business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Review and moderate user-generated content posted on social media platforms, including comments, messages, and posts, to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards
  • Implement and enforce company policies and community guidelines consistently to maintain a safe and welcoming online environment
  • Engage with users professionally and promptly to address inquiries, concerns, or complaints, demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Provide insights, feedback, and suggestions for improving moderation processes and policies based on your observations and experiences
  • Monitor social media trends, online conversations, and emerging issues to anticipate potential moderation challenges and address them effectively
  • Participate in employee assistance programs and training to foster the well-being of you and the employee community

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Polish and advanced level in English
  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent
  • PC literacy
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

Previous experience in customer service would be considered as a plus
