Job Responsibility

Help create the best holiday experiences for Polish speaking excursion customers
Lead, translate, and guide excursions to various destinations in Cyprus with a qualified non-Polish speaking local guide
Provide engaging and relevant information to customers in the bus and on sites
Actively promote portfolio of excursions to guests
Build up personal destination knowledge
Work closely with guest facing colleagues and excursions department
Respond openly and flexible to customer queries
