Job Description:

Seeking local experts to join our diverse team of Excursion Reps in Cyprus, to look after our international guests and enhance their holiday experience. This role is not a full-time position with a fixed schedule. Successful candidates will be engaged on a per-assignment basis, depending on operational needs, primarily to provide guiding services during excursions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Help create the best holiday experiences for Polish speaking excursion customers
  • Lead, translate, and guide excursions to various destinations in Cyprus with a qualified non-Polish speaking local guide
  • Provide engaging and relevant information to customers in the bus and on sites
  • Actively promote portfolio of excursions to guests
  • Build up personal destination knowledge
  • Work closely with guest facing colleagues and excursions department
  • Respond openly and flexible to customer queries
  • Assist with occasional emergencies and unplanned situations
  • Find on the spot solutions when out in the field

Requirements:

  • Right to work in Cyprus
  • Previous experience in tourism sector and as tour guide would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and verbal skills in Polish and English
  • Flexible regarding working hours
  • Cultural interest
  • Team player and supportive attitude
  • Willing to keep local and destinations knowledge current
