Job Description:

Handle routine policy administration and servicing within standard protocols; assigned authority under a straight timeline. Equip with good communication; problem-solving skills in handling wide range of after-sales servicing requests (e.g. collateral assignments, change of policy ownership/life insured/beneficiary, policy surrender and claim, etc.), in a timely, accurate and professional manner. Keep data integrity and documentation standards within the CRM system and policy records, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Exhibit positive, supportive behaviour in all interactions with co-workers; line managers. Review and update manuals, procedures or operational forms when necessary. Assist in ad-hoc projects if needed. Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, the incumbent will provide life insurance policy services to our clients including but not limited to handle policy services requests, obtaining and analysing statement, and inforce illustration, reporting preparations, etc. in a timely and professional manner in compliance with regulatory and business requirements.

Requirements:

  • 1 - 3 years or above policy administration experience in life insurance

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
