Policy Service Specialist

• Provide timely updates to clients regarding the progress of their applications and promptly follow up with carriers within established timeframes
• Review incoming leads and application details for accuracy while ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently
• Collaborate with team members on special projects or initiatives, adapting to changing priorities as needed
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, to manage client information, generate reports, and monitor progress
• Address client inquiries with care and understanding, offering solutions and resolving issues effectively
• Process and update records with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring information accuracy
• Represent the company’s values through consistent and thoughtful communication
• Support the team by maintaining flexibility and contributing to a variety of tasks as assigned
• Stay proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement and enhanced client service

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with experience in CRM systems being a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and adapt to shifting priorities
• Detail-oriented mindset with the capacity to maintain focus and accuracy under pressure
