Job Description:

The Policy Processor is responsible for accurately reviewing and issuing new insurance applications within the New Business department. This role supports the timely and accurate processing of Final Expense, A&H, and/or Medicare Supplement policies by following established procedures and collaborating with team members across underwriting, fulfillment, and data entry.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately reviewing and issuing new insurance applications within the New Business department
Supporting timely and accurate processing of Final Expense, A&H, and/or Medicare Supplement policies
Following established procedures
Collaborating with team members across underwriting, fulfillment, and data entry

Requirements:

6 months Basic computer and data entry experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable navigating multiple systems to complete daily tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High school diploma or GED

Nice to have:

Prior experience in insurance operations, data entry, or administrative support
Familiarity with Final Expense, A&H, Medicare Supplement policy processing, or health insurance claims
Experience working in a production or metrics-based environment
Working knowledge of Excel
