Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Policy Operations Coordinator in New Holland, PA to support internal policy administration and customer service workflows. This role will focus on processing policy activity, maintaining accurate records, and supporting communication with internal and external partners.
Job Responsibility:
Process new business, renewals, updates, and terminations within internal systems
Review and verify policy information for accuracy and completeness
Support basic rating and premium-related transactions for existing accounts
Respond to routine inquiries from partners and customers related to policy servicing
Prepare and distribute standard correspondence and documentation
Coordinate tasks across internal teams to support timely processing
Request and manage supporting reports and documentation as needed
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, and document organization
Participate in quality checks to ensure compliance with internal procedures
Assist with additional operational or administrative needs as assigned
Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar business support role
Strong data entry skills with the ability to maintain accuracy while handling a steady volume of transactions
Background in customer service, including clear and detail-oriented communication by phone, email, and written correspondence
Organized approach to document control, task management, and prioritizing multiple assignments
Proficiency in standard office procedures, including mail handling, scanning, and record maintenance
