  • Executive Advisory: Translate complex policy landscapes into clear business trade-offs for senior leadership

Requirements

  • Executive Presence: Proven ability to influence C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, defending policy decisions through the lens of long-term business value
  • Commercial Acumen: You view policy as a business lever and can balance advertiser success with the overall health and reputation of the network
  • Analytical Leadership: A track record of moving teams from “clearing queues” to “generating insights” with a strong bias toward automation
  • Strategic Foresight: Ability to anticipate regulatory shifts and translate them into commercial opportunities

Nice to have

  • An MBA, JD, or Master’s in Economics or Public Policy
  • Experience in high-growth tech environments or “Policy-as-Code” implementation
