Job Responsibility

Policy and Data Migration: Execute manual data entry and processing tasks to migrate P&C insurance policy information from one system to another
Data Verification & Analysis: Ensure complete data accuracy during conversion, identifying discrepancies, and applying individual judgment and decision-making to resolve scenario-based processing issues
Outbound Follow-up: Conduct necessary outbound calls and email correspondence with brokers for clarification or missing information related to policy conversion files. (Note: There are no inbound customer service calls)
Quality Assurance: Maintain strict adherence to governance and regulatory requirements, prioritizing the quality of work to ensure no mistakes in the conversion process
